David Lefere joined the firm in 2005 and became a partner in 2008. He focuses his practice in the areas of Business Law, Business Litigation and Creditors' Rights. David represents numerous businesses in Michigan's Tool and Die industry with special emphasis on Michigan Special Tools and Michigan Mold Lien Acts.
David graduated Magna Cum Laude from both Albion College and the Michigan State University College of Law, where he served as the Director of Oral Advocacy and Competitions for the Moot Court Program and received the Jurisprudence Award for Research, Writing & Advocacy. David was admitted to the Michigan State Bar in 2000 and is admitted to practice in all Michigan State Courts, the Federal Courts for the Eastern & Western Districts of Michigan, and the US Court of Appeals 6th Circuit.
