Michael Risko has been a trial lawyer with the firm since 2000 and focuses his practice on negotiation and litigation and has extensive experience with both jury trials and bench trials.
Mike attended Western Michigan University as a Board of Trustees scholar, earning a Bachelors Degree in Finance. He obtained his law degree in 1993 from Wayne State University. Mike is admitted to practice in all Michigan trial courts, the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, and the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
Mike is a member of the State Bar of Michigan as well as the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association.
Originally from Grand Rapids, Mike spent 7 years practicing in Detroit before returning to West Michigan. He and his wife, Rebecca, and their children make their home in Grand Haven. He can be reached at miker@bolhouselaw.com.
